Three people, including a 9-year-old girl, were shot while at a Yonkers pizzeria.

YONKERS - The 15-year-old boy accused of shooting and injuring three people at a pizzeria was charged with attempted murder today.

The suspect has been identified as 15-year-old Noel Luke.

Police say shots were fired outside Pizza D'Ora on Palisade Avenue in Yonkers on June 13. Three people were struck by bullets, including a 9-year-old girl.

All three victims survived their injuries, and investigators say none of those hit are believed to be the intended target.
