YONKERS - Police are continuing their homicide investigation after a stabbing left one teen dead and another hospitalized in Yonkers.

Police say they received multiple 911 calls late Saturday night about an unidentified male being stabbed. When they arrived, police say they found a pool of blood on the sidewalk outside 17 Van Cortlandt Park Ave.

A source tells News 12 that police followed the trail of blood to a house a few doors down and found one of the stabbing victims. The teen was reportedly taken to St. Joseph's Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The second victim remains hospitalized in critical condition.

Police have not released the names of the two victims. Police believe the two were stabbed after a fight broke out at a party on Van Cortlandt Park Avenue.
