Galloza, 38, is charged with hindering prosecution and tampering with evidence. Both turned themselves in on Tuesday.

According to the criminal complaint, Galloza was caught on surveillance video grabbing the knife out of her son's hands after he allegedly stabbed Burke in the upper chest area. Police say Burke then ran into a pizzeria pleading for help, but his wounds were too severe.

Police are looking for one more suspect in this case. They are urging another young man, who police call an accomplice, to turn himself in.
Burke's mother Tracey Beckles has set up a GoFundMe account to help with funeral efforts.
